I am having a similar problem on my form: http://www.jotformz.com/form/52255803943659

Conditions weren´t working, so I cleared the cache and then It started to work fine on my computer.

But I kept receiving submissions without the condition, so I realized that conditions are not working on Safari, so people filling the form on Ipad or Iphone can´t see the conditions.

    I have the show/hide condition on fileds 1.1, 1.3 and 1.7.

    Hi,

I checked your form on Safari browser but I was not able to duplicate the issue. The conditions are working fine. Can you provide to us a sample submission where you noticed that the condition does not work so we can further check?

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I am using the form embed on my website, and yesterday the conditions were working on my computer (but not on safari) and now conditions are not working on my computer anymore.

Here is the page where my form is: http://www.disneyguia.com.br/site/ingressos-parques-disney/

    Thank you,

    Ana

I have tested your embedded form and all conditions are working.

Maybe there are script conflicts because you have embedded your form with script code. We recommend using of iFrame code for embedding forms. You can see how to get iFrame code in this article: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please try to replace script code with iFrame code to see if that will resolve issue with Safari browser.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi guys,

For some reason the behavior of the conditions is not working 100% over here as well.

My colleague made two forms with the show/hide condition last summer which both works fine. For the client of ours we need to adjust the data in the form (it's a year calendar with seminars) for 2016.

I have made a duplicate of that form to edit the data (in case of something goes wrong..). Since there are the same number of seminars I am able to edit the text. I however wanted to change the order and after relocating a field it somehow disconnected the conditions. The show/hide did not work anymore for the field that I have changed in order. It refuses to 'show', but is still stated in the conditions.

In the end I have deleted all of the conditions and made them from scratch. This resulted into no show/hide for all of those fields. I even tried making the fields form scratch (perhaps the ID was bugged), but with every new condition that is added, it does not work. I had my colleague to support me, but he does not see anything weird. His only comment was that the edit environtment of the conditions was changed/updated. Is there a bug with the update?

I have haggardly solved it by duplicating the old form again and changed the text, but I am worried if I need to add an extra field with a show/hide condition (which will be needed in the future). I have tested the page with three different browsers (Chrome, FireFox and Safari) and two computers (Mac and PC). Sadly I am not allowed to share the page due of secret data.

Does this sounds familiar? Is there anything I could do to prevent this 'bug'? Please let me know :-).

    Thank in advance!

    Regards,
    Melvin
