Why can't I use the Designer?

    Hi,

    I created a free account to create forms for internal use. Yesterday, I was able to use the Designer to edit the spacing, fonts, etc. Today, whenever I click on the icon, the page reads: 403 Forbidden and underneath: nginx/1.9.3. I thought every used has complete access to all features? Or is there just an error in the system at the moment?

    Please Advise.
