    I have notified staff: Your Account JotForm anhnamhp3 is Suspended.

    I swear that everything I do is only to support my work as ordered, to send contact information. ..

    Hi,

    I checked your account and it looks like someone has already reactivated it.  In any case, I assume your account was suspended by our automatic phishing detector.  Forms in languages other than English that do not use the translation tool are sometimes mistaken as phishing forms.  To prevent this from happening again, I would recommend using the form translation tool:
