How do we copy forms from one jotform account to another jotform account?

As our team grows, we have found that several have their own jotform accounts, each with interesting forms etc. Instead of starting all over again for each form, is there a way to copy a form from one account and add it to another account?

Also can you make this clear, if we include the code of one form in our website, will that form change automatically IF we change the form on jotform? Thus keeping all forms up to date all the time. OR if we change the form on jotform, do we have to go back each time to change the code in our website. Obviously the first way is way better for us, by saving us time etc.

    Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi Edward 4139,

Yes, you can copy any form by making a clone of it.   On "My Forms" page:

    1. Click on "New Form"
    2. Select "Import Form"
    3. Select "From a web page"
    4. Enter the URL of the form
    5. Click "Continue"

    Hi Edward,

Yes, you can import existing forms from other accounts to your account, please click the link below for a guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL

Please take note that data of the cloned form can't be carried over.

With regards to your 2nd question, you don't need to re-embed your forms. Forms from your website will automatically update itself instantly once you've edited your form inside JotForm. Note that, this is not applicable when you are embedding your form as full source code

I hope you find this informations helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions. Thank you for using JotForm!

This is very unhelpful because it´s from an older version of Jotform from almost 3 years ago. :(
