Is there a way to change the button text from 'Choose File' to 'Click Here to Take Photo' on TakePhoto widget?

Additionally, I'm using the TakePhoto widget, and am wondering if there's a way to change the button text from 'Choose File' to 'Click Here to Take Photo' - or something like that.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the text on the upload button since it is hardcoded with the browser. If you see the form in Chrome, it is displayed as Choose File where as in Firefox, it is displayed as Browse. Please see the screenshots below :
