    Hi,

    Instead of using a checbox I recommend you use a RADIO button. This will allow your user to select only one option.

    Thank you so much! Sorry I am new at this but can you tell me how to change the checkbox to radio button without adding new?

    Also, can I put the label on one line and the radio buttons underneath the label?

    Unfortunately, you cannot change the type of field into another using the Form Builder.

    You need to really add a new field and simply rename it exactly similar to the old field to have the effect of a converted field type.
