There are several ways to have this information.
Date and time of a submission is automatically recorded by our system when a submission is made. This information can be viewed by going to your submissions page, and it can also be included in the PDF files of your submissions.
You can then set up an Email Notification to be sent to you whenever someone submits your form, and use our Attach PDF option so that a PDF file of their submission is attached to your email.
Alternatively to using the Attach PDF option, you can include a download link for that PDF submission by adding a PDF Link to your email notification from the box on the right:
