    I have error Message on IE browser only, firefox work fine,

    Form work fine, only error if you going to new page or close page

    I have checked your form and noticed that your script.js file is conflicting with the Feedback form.  Are you still using scripts in your page that uses jQuery?

    Yes, it is, Thanks, i take out script from page "jquery.js" & "script.js" and it's work!
