Unfortunately, automatically removing the deleted submissions in the spreadsheet is currently not possible. You will have to do both in submissions page and in the google spreadsheet. For now, only edits are automatically synced up.

I have now forwarded this thread to our developers as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin,

I am not asking for corresponding removal on the Google Spreadsheet bu a specific flag (an extra column) stating "deleted" or "removed" but the line is still present in the spreadsheet hence we keep full traceability and capability to maintain coherence between Jotform and Spreadsheet.

Without this full coherence, the feature is almost useless.

    Regards,

    Georges

    Hi Georges,

I have updated the ticket. Unfortunately, you can only do it manually for now. Either remove or do the tagging manually. But note that we do not recommend doing any modifications in the spreadsheet file as well as in the form while the integration is connected. Doing so might break the integration. If you want to add a note or something, please do it on a separate sheet.

    Thanks
