Form ID did not match error when submitting the form that is embedded on Facebook

    Hello, i have integrated Jotform on my Facebook page, but when i tried to test the form i receive the below mentioned error my facebook page url: www.facebook.com/hsdepune

    I cannot replicate the problem to your form. I was able to submit it without any issues:

    But if the issue persists, please try removing the app and add it again. Please find the "Additional Guide" from the following link on how to remove the app in your Facebook Fan page:

    Hello Yes,
    I tested it again and the form is getting submitted. Thank You for the
    reply.
    Can you please help me understand if i want to check the leads received do
    i every time have to log into my jotform dashboard n check or will i get a
    automated lead data on my email. If Yes how can i do the settings for the
    same.
