Can you please provide us the URL of your website so that we can inspect your form there? Maybe you are using script code for embedding your form on website. We recommend using of iFrame code. In this article you can find out how to get iFrame code of your form:

I have inspected your website and I did not saw that the bottom of the form is cut off. Actually there is lot of space between Back/Next button and and bottom of page.

I was also able to submit your form. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank you page.

Can you please provide us a screenshot of how it looks on your end? Which browser are you using? I have tested your embedded form in Chrome and Firefox.

    Looking forward to your reply.

We're glad to know that removing the script part of the iframe code as instructed by my colleague, BJoanna, on the other thread helped you solve your issue.

On behalf of BJoanna, you're most welcome. Please feel free to let us know should you have any other concerns and we will be glad to help you anytime. Thank you.
