Does Deleting Submissions resets the Submission Limits count?

I have a question for the free package it has a limit of 100 submissions a month. If we delete submissions does for example we submitted 10 forms today and I delete the submissions does this put us back at 0 or are we still at 10? We really love jotform but do not see a need to pay just yet.

The answer is No. The account current existing limits (submission counter) will not change on the month even if you delete submissions.

The only counter/number affected by deleting submissions is the storage limit.

Deleting submissions that also contains submission upload, will affect the upload limit.

If you exceed submisson limits within the month, there are 2 options to take to reinstate the account.

#1 Wait for the Monthly reset to occur

#2 Upgrade to the next higher subscription to have expanded limits.
