Unable to upload file attachment in mobile form

Attachment Widget does'nt work on mobile form.

I checked your account and this is the only form that has upload tool on it (http://www.jotform.me/form/41244573749461)

I checked it on my mobile phone (motorola android), I did a test submission with an uploaded picture. I hit the submit button and it was successful. We are not having issue with the file upload tool.

If the issue is still present, can you please provide more details about this problem. Thank you.
