Google Sites Embedded form incorrectly populating one of the form fields

The embed widget for google sites has a glitch.  I have an area for collecting URLs in my Form, and the widget is automatically inserting the jotform widget URL (http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/102235888454881850738/jotform.xml) into that part of the form.  Of course, users can delete the url and put in their own, but it is kind of a pain.

Please see the google site to check out what I'm talking about

    Thank you for contacting us.

The bit.ly link seems to be not working at the moment. Can you please try adding some Default Value / Hint Example to see if that makes any differences with embedded form?

Sorry, I mistyped the shortlink. The correct shortlink is:

    bit.ly/CHSstarfish

I tried adding a hint example, and a default text. Neither repaired the error.

Since we cannot provide any ETA for when this specific issue will be fixed, please re-embed your form with an 'Include gadget (iframe)' gadget instead.

Use direct form link as a content URL.

It should fix the issue with prepopulated field.
