Please help me restore my form!!

    PLease I deleted by mistake I clicked on UNDO but it did delete it.

    Hi,

    All deleted form are sent to the TRASH BIN.

    Once in the TRASH bin, you will see all the deleted forms. You may restore one or all the forms. You can select the form and press the RESTORE button

    PS. If forms are purge from this bin, you will no longer be able to recover the form.
