Hi There,
We have our form on the flowing link: http://iqoffice.ca/iq-mail-plan-140/
A prospect called us and said the form wasn't working or came up as an error. Can you tell me how I can test the form online?

Hi,
To test the form, you can use Sandbox mode for Authorize:
https://www.jotform.com/help/221-How-to-Test-Authorize-net-Payment-Tool-on-Sandbox-Mode
Make sure your API and Transaction keys are correct and current.
If everything seems to be working properly in sandbox mode, let us know what wasn't working or what error they ran in to and we will be happy to look into this further.
