If you do not want to give your customers the option to select multiple items, just select "Users can choose only one product" option:

I understand how to downgrade my plan, but I was told that I could return to the original pricing of $45 per year. However, the links that were sent don't allow me to do that so that was what prompted my earlier question. Is there someone I can communicate with to resolve this matter.
