    Hello,

My "health questionnaire and payment" and "health questionnaire and payment custom" forms don't seem to be working properly. I've integrated Paypal and Dropbox and Aweber, I had 3 payments go through after completing the form successfully, but the forms in my dashboard said they were still "incomplete payments" and were not shown as new submissions. Because they were seen as incomplete, they did not integrate with dropbox and aweber and I had to manually (via the wizard) go through and say they were completed payments.

Did I miss a step in the set up process? Thank you,

    Shelby McDaniel

    Hi,

I've checked your form and when I test your form it redirects the user PayPal account. It works fine from my side.

For DropBox integration; please follow these steps:

For Aweber Integration, follow these steps:

If you have any question or issues, please do nor hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.

Generally, if the PayPal payment is successful then the submission should be displaying the Payer information as below :

The completed submissions from Incomplete payments will not be displaying this information since the actual payment was not processed. IPN plays an important role in completing the PayPal Payments. Please refer to the FAQs of PayPal Incomplete Payments that can help you understand with PayPal IPN.

Please check if the IPN settings in your PayPal account are correct. Also, please verify if the payments are received from JotForm submissions and not from any other source.

    Thank you!
