Locked Autoresponder: ability to edit or translate header of the locked table

I want to customize the autoresponder email.

It should be:

- show headers

- hide empty fields

- change headline "Question" and "Answers"

When i change the inner table, it will ignore the changes.

Please do note that due to the second part of the 3 items you are not able to make changes.

This happens because once you set the form to hide empty fields on the email, the email is no longer editable.

This option will however not work on any "dirty" email - dirty meaning that it was changed.

So you can either use the one or the other 2 options - edit or leave unedited form, or it will no longer work - or might seem to work at one point, but then not at other.

o.k. is it possible to change the words "question" "answer" at least? Because it is a german form and Question/Answer is not correct.

I think this headlines are not necessary in the standard.

I'm afraid that it isn't possible to edit the table when the table is locked. This means that not even the headers (Question/Answer) can be edited when the table is locked.

It is possible to either (1) have the table customized, and the table would show all fields - even the empty ones. Or the table can be (2) locked in its default appearance, which allows for empty fields to be hidden, but prevents any customization on the table itself.

You have to think about to delete the line "Question / Answer" from your standard form. It is not right in different languages.

Your tool is so fine, perhaps you can optimize this little thing.

You are correct, having headers in English does not look right in other languages. I have raised this thread to our developers as a feature request, to be able to either rename or remove the header row of a locked Autoresponder or Notification emails.

We can't give you any estimates on when this feature might be worked on and implemented, but we will certainly let you know through this thread as soon as something like that becomes available.

I am also waiting for being able to hide/translate the headers in the locked Auto-responder.

For us this is very important. English headers in a german form - this is not a professional way to present ourselves...
