Is it possible to upgrade the plan subscription for a minumium of one month only?

    Hi!

Silly question-- Can I upgrade to the $19/month plan just for one month, and then move back to the free plan again? I am a school photographer and only need the form submissions for a few months out of the year.

I just wanted to be sure there wasn't any sort of yearly contract.

Also, when I downgrade, will I lose all of the responses collected while I was in the paid plan?

    Thanks!

I understand that you are referring to our $19 Bronze monthly plan. (Pricing Guide)

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade anytime you want. This is mostly applicable for a monthly subscription, you can suspend it anytime as you like and Jotform doesn't have any contract when it comes to subscriptions.

And if you're worried of losing the responses gathered while you are still on a paid plan once you come back to the free plan, you will not lose them and will stay on the account under the submission page. Now, since the submission count resets every first of the month, you will only be having a different submission limit on the next month once you downgrade.

Just a heads up while the submission counter resets on the first of the month, the limit for file uploads does not. Files being uploaded through your form stays on the submission page and consumes your available space limit. You need to delete submission with file uploads in it to free up the available space allowed. We normally suggest that you download all the file uploads before deleting the submission, because once it is deleted, there is no way for you to retrieve them already.

I hope this helps. Should you have any other questions regarding this or if you have any concerns in the future, please feel free to let us know and we will be glad to help you anytime.

    Thank you.
