    Hi,

If I get what you mean, your requirement can be achieved using the dynamic dropdowns widget. You can check the demo provided by Jotform here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43514646570961

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

Are you referring to adding a name/label for each drop down on the widget? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only set one label name for the widget.

    Hi there,

If you want to set a product to another drop down with respect to the choice from the first drop down. You need use normal "drop down" fields and then, you need to set a "Update a Form Field Value" condition to do that action. Below, you can find the demo:

    https://form.jotform.com/52983063509966

Actually, "Dynamic Drop down" widget is doing the same in one field and doesn't need to set any condition. The demo from the below shows that if you choose "Large Capacity", it shows the related options on following drop downs.

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43514646570961

Also, you can increase the number of the drop downs. In the wizard of the widget, it said that "You can nest lists as deep as you want and use as many indentation spaces per line as you want".

If you need extra help, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Do you mean you want to show another dynamic drop down when your user selected a product on your first drop down? You can achieve this by adding another dynamic drop down and conditionally showing or hiding the field once the first drop down field has been field. If you can provide to us the link of the form or name of the form in question so I can help you set it up in your form.

We will wait for your response.
    Regards.

    Hi,

Actually, you can do this with one "Dynamic Dropdowns" widget. Below, you will see the example nest list for dynamic dropdown. I gave different color for every level of dropdowns to explain it better. Choosing yellow marked options will open related blue options, then choosing blue marked options will open related red options, if there is any.

For instance, if you choose "Drugstore" and "Drugstore Option 1", it will show you the options "a", "b"; but the options "c", "d" for "Drugstore Option 2" will stay hidden.

    Drugstore

     Drugstore Option 1

      a

      b

     Drugstore Option 2

      c

      d

    Hospital

      Hospital Option 1

       e

       f

      Hospital Option 2

    Distributor

      Distributor Option 1

      Distributor Option 2

You can copy and paste this nest list to use in "Dynamic Dropdown". You can nest lists as deep as you want and use as many indentation spaces per line as you want.

Also, here is the modified version of your form:

    https://form.jotform.com/52994248911970

I hope this one will meet your needs.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Here is a sample clone of your form where another Dynamic Drop down shows conditionally - https://form.jotformpro.com/53049398378975?. If the Type of Company (Dynamic Drop down field) is filled then the Type of Company2 will be displayed.
