Dropbox integration not working

    another problem is the dropbox didn't show in PDF file  but in the email that i received its show ..

    Hi,

     

    If I understand your concern correctly, you have integrated your form to Dropbox, however, the PDF file for the submission is not being sent to your Dropbox? I tried to integrate one of my forms to Drop Box but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. Can you try to reintegrate (remove integration and integrate again) you form to Dropbox and see if it will work now?

    I have read the reply you posted on your other thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/680999 regarding this issue. Can you provide us a screenshot of the inadequate PDF you are mentioning you have received so we can further check the issue?
