    Hi guys

My main jot form is an order form for kids sports. I want to be able to give parents the option of adding another child, and answering all of the questions again in the one order. basically, have a "do you want add and order for another player" and then repeat all of the questions again. When finished, the total will include payment for both players.

Can i do this without having to manually redo each and every question and rule?

At the moment, the only way to accomplish this is by adding new fields for the new person. One way to accomplish this is by adding a dropdown box asking "how many player you wish to add?". Depending on the selection, you would show all the fields require to fill out.

Please let us know if this helps.

    Regards

Thanks Victor. Do you mean this would be added at the vey beginning of the form, and if they select (say) 2 players it would allow them to fill in the form twice, once after the other?

That would be fine if it would work that way

You can use Smart Forms Using Condition Logic as well.

    Please check this user guide

Here is an example form to test http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23088518389971 (in the test form, you can show the # of Guest options)

    OR

You may want to check the Configurable List Widget...
