Unable to view the Terms and Condition field on forms

I am having same issue.  I just tried http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43341185259961? and I cannot see the check box.  Same for on my form.  tried everything

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Can you give us more details, please? What browser were you using? I tried viewing the same form from different browsers and was able to see the checkbox of the Terms and Condition Widget.
