Forms are not accessible anymore

I'm having the same issue but the forms are not accessible anymore. Can you help me?

Can you please provide us more details about the problem. 

I checked your account/username gemai  but it  is available and Active at this time.

I open some of your form and they are fine as well.

My forms are - and always have been - ok. I was having problems accessing the example forms included in the thread. Sorry for the misunderstanding and thanks for your fast reply!
