In IOS devices we can'tview all of the questions 

3)Students using IOS devices cannot view all of the questions on the forms. 

As I  check your JotForm using direct link on an iphone simulator, it seems to be working fine. However, the issue seems to be happens on the webpage where the form is embedded and only on iOS devices. I've checked the webpage on an Android phone which is working fine. Since I'm not having an iPhone, please allow me sometime to check the issue using some tools. I'll get back to as soon as I find some useful information in this regard.
