Unable to receive email notifications

    We've been using you guys for years now and as of this week  - we stopped getting our email notifications, after someone fills out our online forms. The links are below.

    Having these email notifications emailed are VITAL to the success of the company. Thank you so much for your help

    Have you done a test email - had this problem and solved by just doing a new form

    Yes, I did a few tests. Maybe I'll create a new form....can I just create a duplicate form? Thanks

    I created a duplicate form and now we're not gotten anything sent at all. The thank you page comes up, making it seem as though it was sent, but the information is not be sent - the Jotform system is not even tracking it. Help please. Thank you.

    Hi angieroy,

    Your email address is in the bounce list which is why you are not receiving the email notifications.

    I removed your email from the bounce lists. I also removed the ";" semi-color after the email address in the recipient.

    You should be able to receive the notifications now. You can also go to the Submissions page in order to view the submissions.

    I thought I checked the bounced list. I put in the email address, and it said it wasn't in the list but I guess there was something I was doing right with checking the list. YES - EVERYTHING IS NOW WORKING. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
