Uploaded images no longer appear

    None of the images I upload will show, they used to in the past, but for some reason they no longer appear.  

    Notification emails are not being sent,

    Can you please provide us with a bit more information on the image upload issue? Where do you upload the image files?

    The second issue has been moved into a separate thread, so we will be able to address it properly.

    In the past the images loaded properly and view properly..
    Now I get this, I have tried it on IE, Firefox and Google Chrome all with the same result.
    Any assistance would be much appreciated

    Unfortunately, the images you attached did not went through.

    Please directly visit the thread link here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/691265. After that, upload the image/s by clicking the image icon in the reply area:

    I also checked your account and I see that the account cfappreciation is a sub user, and most of the forms are shared to you from a different account.

    Good Morning,

    I am not sure what the issue is but when I try to up load the image in either a jpg or png format, I get the broken link icon..  

    For whatever reason I am unable to load images that will appear...

    I have just spoken with the owner of the account in which I am a sub user and they are experiencing the same issue, none of the forms that already exist and had images that were visible upon creation are showing the images properly, this seems to be a organization wide issue not just with my sub account.  

     

    please advise.

    Hi,

    May we know how you are uploading the photos/images? Are you using the direct link or uploading directly?

    I cloned your form and tried it in my end, here's a screencast (click it to expand):

    You'll see that in the upload option, you need to click the "Upload File" button.

    Also, if there are any plugins/extensions/add-ons in your browser, you could try disabling them temporarily, they might be blocking scripts from our website.

     

    I also checked your account and the form and there's no image file on it:

    I also checked some of the forms in the main account and the images are showing. Here's an example:
