For your question here about how do you know if the Data is now being stored on European Servers you will find the answer to your questions in our blog below.

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/178-EU-Safe-Forms-Our-Solution-to-the-EU-Safe-Harbor-Invalidation

Additionally, to ensure your forms and data are sent and used there it is recommended to use our european login at http://eu.jotform.com/.

I think that's not possible if you're using the iPad app. I will raise that to our higher team on a separate thread here so it will be considered for future implementation once it's approved.

I suggest to use a browser for now if you want to login on EU domain.

    Thanks!

We would like to let you know that we've now released our solution to Safe Harbor invalidation.

You may read about it through this link http://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/ and switch your account over to our European Servers.

Apologies for the confusion, John. We do not have this feature on the iPad app yet but this was already submitted as a feature request on your other thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/692581. Once it is implemented, we'll surely let you know.

    Regards!
