Hi,
You can add an Auto responder email in your form to send emails to the email fields in your form. You can check this article for more information on creating auto responder email: Creating a Form Autoresponder.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi...these instructions are for the SENDER of the form to receive an email notification. We want to send an email notification to the RECIPIENTS of the emails submitted. Please advise if this is possible. Thank you.

Yes, this is possible. You need to use conditions so that once an email field is filled, it will use the email address the user put and send a notification.
Here's a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/53042393426957
Here are the instructions on how to do it.
1. You need to get the Field Name of the email field. You can do that by right clicking the field and then clicking the gear or properties icon. After that, select properties. At the bottom part, you'll see the field name. Please take note of that.
2. You need to Set up an email notification. This notification will be the message your recipient will receive.
3. You will need to create conditions wherein once the email field is filled, it will use that email address to send notifications.
Click the "Conditions" button at the toolbar.
Choose "Send an e-mail after submission" condition.
In this condition, if "E-mail 1" field "Is Filled" then send "Notification" email to "{email1}" which is the field name that you copied a while ago.
You need to do this on the rest of the email fields.
So, once the form is submitted, this conditions will be triggered.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
