I believe you are saying that you've updated your form and the Zapier Zap is not working.

What sort of changes did you make to your form to update it?

Did you remove or add any new fields?

If you removed or added any new fields then yes this would break the Zap since you've drastically modified your form which causes it to lose its functionality due to the changes not matching up.

To fix it all you have to do is go back into your Zap, Edit it, then Reapply the appropriate form with fields inside including the assigned triggers and actions to resolve it.

    Hi, KadeJM

Thanks for your reply. I explained myself a bit incorrect. By "updating a form" I actually meant "editing a submission". I understand that Zapier will only be triggered of a new submission, not an edited submission.

However I was able to solve this by using Google Sheets as a pitstop; 1) sending the submissions from JotForm to a spreadsheet and then 2) trig Zapier with updated row in Google Sheets.

    Works like a charm!

Yes, you are correct about that and thank you for the clarification as we're happy to know that you were able to get it working. :)
