Can I get credit card information using Jotform?

I would like to obtain credit card information through my form and receive the card number through my notification.  Is this possible?

It is possible. But it's not allowed since it' a violation of the JotForm Terms & Conditions. 

Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately 

So I cannot create a secured form using Jotform that will collect credit card information even to a website that has a SSL certificate?

Unfortunately, you can not use your form to collect credit card information.

You can refer to this guide, here we say that is not allowed to collect credit card information even when you are using a secured form :

If we use Encrypted form can we ask for credit card details without payment processor integrations?

No! This is still forbidden and will lead to account termination just as if you are collecting passwords, Social Security Numbers and similar, per our terms of use.
