Unable to insert photos into jotform

Hi there,

When I tried to upload pictures from my computer to Jotform, they show up as a blank placeholder only - whether in preview mode or in actual form. Please advise thank you!

I see Li that the screenshot you have added shows that the image was not loaded properly, but for me it does seem to work properly when I open your form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52934929446973

Can you please tell us if you are able to see the image when going to the form over the link above or is the issue still present for you on your side?

Thanks for your reply. But the images still do not show up from my side. I tried different desktops and different browsers (IE 11 and Chrome) the problem remains...
