Is there any way to populate the description field in Authorize.net?

Hi, I have a form using Authorize.net Subscriptions, and the Subscription Name from the screenshot ends up as the Subscription Name in Authorize.net. There is a separate Description field, which (I think) gets copied to the Description for transactions from the subscription - they are blank for transactions for subscriptions created from our form.

I would like for the Description to get populated. Is there any way to do that?

Unfortunately the Description field of your Authorize.net payments can not be changed. The only option at this time would be to make the edit of the source code of your form (either yourself or by hiring a developer to do it for you).

If I edit the source of the form, can it still be hosted on jotforms?

Once you get the source code of your form and change it, you will need to embed your form to website, in order that changes made on source code are applied. The original form will still exist of your JotForm account, but that will no longer be the same form considering that source code is changed. However you will still receive data on JotForm once your form is submitted if you do not change post method of the form which is enabling that submissions are going to specific form. 

Also it is not possible to change source code of the form and add it back to JotForm.
