Zooming in and out in Ipad

With an Ipad, a customer wants to complete one of our forms, is there a way to zoom in the form?

For Ipad, you need to pinch out with two fingers to zoom in and pinch in with two fingers to zoom out.

I would recommend you making the form mobile responsive so that your users doesn't need to zoom in or zoom out. Here's a guide on How to make Forms MobileResponsive.

Thank you for your response.  I did change the form to responsive mode (YES).

For IPAD, pinching out or pinching in doesn't zoom in or out still  :(

I did some testing on my own iPad Device and I can confirm that the zoom is working since I can zoom out just not in very much at all.

To my knowledge that this is actually due to the form being set as Mobile Responsive.

And because of that it is basically setting your form to fit the size of the device accordingly.

This is why the zoom doesn't work correctly once that is enabled since there is no need for it because it fits the device screen already.
