The orders that are being submitted via the jot form are not populating the excel spreadsheet behind it.

    Could someone contact me urgently as I need to know if the link from the jot form to the excel spreadsheet has fallen over as the submissions are being made via the form but they are not appearing on the excel spreadsheet. Is there something we need to do at our end to get this re-instated as we need this information to process the orders coming through from the jot form.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I'm unable to open the spreadsheet in your end as the privacy is set to view only in your end. I presume you are referring to the Google Spreadsheet integration in your form?

    If the submissions are not anymore populating to your spreadsheet, you can try the following to resolve it:

    1. First, remove the integration

    2. After that, re-integrate your Google Spreadsheet. That will automatically load all your existing submissions on the form to your spreadsheet.

     

    I'm not sure what may be breaking the integration in your end, but we recommend that you do not change or edit the file name of the spreadsheet or move it on a different folder as it may be causing the integration to break in your end.
