How I can change the "Please wait..." text when I hit the submit button

When I click on the button submit appear a message that says "por favor espere", I need to change that message into English. 

I apologized, I may have misread your question. Please follow the steps below in order to change that the "Please wait..." or "Por favor espere.." text.

1. Click the "Preferences" button in the toolbar.

2. Go to "Advanced Settings" tab.

3. Click the "Edit Form Warnings" button.

4. In the "Edit Form Warnings" pop-up, please look for "Por favor espere..." or "Please wait..." text. Once you located it, click the text in order to edit it. After editing it, please click the "Save" button.
