The only set back is since we are asking customers for their card details, for security reasons, is there a way to set up this form to be secure and encrypted (https), in order to give customers peace of mind knowing that their card details are being dealt in a proper manner? Is there a widget that during the setting up of the form, I can add? Or should it be done on a page level playing around with the coding of the page?

    Hi,

Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52705260827960? You can access your form securely using https in the link - https://www.jotformpro.com/form/52705260827960. Also, JotForm has an encrypt forms option. You can check this article for more information: http://www.jotform.com/encrypted-forms/.

However, I checked your form and I noticed that you are collecting Credit Card information in your form which violates our terms of use. We do not allow our user to manually add Credit Card information in there because this information can be used for phishing activities. Please remove those fields to avoid your account to be suspended. You can try to add a Payment field instead and enable authorization only feature if you do not want to capture payment. You can check this article for more information: How to Enable Payment Authorization.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
