Email notifications not showing properly

Can you please look at the jot form notification?  They said that when they get emailed the jot form, that is when they cant make it out.  thanks

did you try to bring up the jot form notification on your Android?

The email notification looks fine on a Samsung Galaxy S4.  There should be no difference viewing an email on mobile or desktop.  Are you trying to edit the email notification?  If that is the case, I would recommend editing your form in a desktop environment.
