Ho can I get my costumers to fill up the form with their fb id ?

Hi ! :)

I have tried to add the Facebook app which allow the costumers to fill in the form with their Facebook id. It asks me an app id, which i did but it doesn't work. 

This  is the app number  : 466911353494364
