Background: This form is used by an animal rescue organization. Its purpose is for fosters to fill out incidents that may happen in the home with the dog.
With the new integration drop box wizard you basically only get to pick one folder and then pick a value for the subfolder AND this value is used as the file name.
What we want to happen: Person fills out form "incident report". Incident report is filed away in the following directory
dropbox->jotforms->incident report->Actual incident report file with a unique name, like name of form completer
Notice in the picture below that you can pick JotForms and that works fine. But then you can only pick one more subfolder based on a form value (I used a hidden value called incident report)
Now look: It gets filed away in Jotforms->inicdent report->incidentreport.pdf But they are all called incident report! If i change that last value to dog name, it will go to Jotforms-incident report->dog name->dog name.pdf
Example of what is happening
Now lets go in to the correct folder where we want the incident report forms to go: Incident Report
That's confusing. Its in the right place but they are all called incident report. How can I fix this??

Hi,
I test the Dropbox integration on my end, however, I was not able to replicate the issue you are encountering. I was able to add an Sub folder to my Dropbox integration and the selected field that should be the file name for the sub folder for the submission was properly set to my dropbox account.
Can you try again to re-integrate (remove integration and integration again) Dropbox in your form and see if you will still encounter the issue?
We will wait for your response.
Regards.
