How do I have a button to clear form?

how do i have a field/button to clear form....

I want to have a clear button for customers to use when they want to clear the form data they have filled to start again

You can do this by enabling the reset button. Please follow the steps below.

Select the field where the Submit button is. After that click the "Reset Button" in the top toolbar, in order to enable the Clear Form option.
