I recently created a form for a photography session, so that I could have clients fill them out and sign electronically. When I got an email confirmation that a client had signed, the email had a totally different contract on there. I used a template, but changed all the wording and added a few fields to make it totally my own. But the email confirmation seems to reflect the original template I chose, and doesn't show the changes I made. The link to the form shows the changes I made, but the email confirmation does not.
Also, when I go to print these signed forms (I'm using them as contracts) it print the entire contract/form. Rather, it prints only where they entered fields and signed. I really want the text body of the contract to print, as well, since that's the meat of the contract.Any tips?
