Uploading multiple images to my form that the user can select

Last week I used one of the widgets (can't remember which one!) that allows you to upload multiple images to your form.  The user can then select any available images (highlights the box around them) and when they send the form the emailed result shows the images within the form results.  Looking for it today and can't find it, wondering if it was removed from the Widgets?

I believe you are referring to the Image Picker widget.

Are you still experiencing issues with the widget? I can see that images are properly uploaded on your form.
