Collecting info for Credit Card Accounts for charging later

I am a travel agent.  I love jot form.  Right now, I use right signature to collect critical information and am using jot form to collect trip details.

 

I would like to collect information like credit card information to process later in a safe way.  Usually this information needs to be processed on a vendor server other than my own. (I provide a service and the vendor pays me.)

 

Is there a partner I can do that with through jot form?

 

I enjoy using jot form to collect client data, but understand that the only way to collect credit card data from a client is when I am using a partner to purchase something.  But we don't really fit that norm.

 

We want to be compliant.  Right now our clients have to fill out two forms...One on jotform and one through a secure form on another website.  It would be wonderful if it could be one integrated form.

If you will just use the regular Textbox fields to directly capture the data (CC information) thru submission, the form will have the composition of a phishing form.

So the Phishing Filter in place will most likely will just disable the form and your account.

I am sure you are aware of the JotForm Terms of Use which prohibits such type of form.

Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately

Actually it is very much possible to achieve what you need when using the Payment Tools.

You can just enable Payment Authorization and the form will not collect payments but will get the necessary billing data which will allow your account to collect payments later.
