Form Fields Overlap When Viewing with a Mobile Device

    The form fields overlap when being viewed on a mobile device, but look fine on a pc.  Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

     

    I checked your form and I noticed the Responsive Form setting is set to No. Can you try to set the Responsive Form setting to Yes and see if it will fix the issue?
