All My Old Deleted Forms just Re-appeared!

All my old forms that I previously deleted just re-appeared in my forms list. So too did a Braintree form which I did not create so I can only assume it was automatically added and somehow all my deleted forms were re-added also. Do I need to manually go through and re-delete them all ?

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience; but you don't need to bother about this. You can delete them without any worries. I assume that there was an ongoing process on data and it might be leaded to this unexpected situation.

For the Braintree form, if you checked the landing page, you may have cloned one of the sample forms with Braintree. Again, you can delete it, if you don't need.

I just tried deleting them and they still won't go away. Even when I purged the trash folder they won't go away. What's going on ?

I was not able to replicate mentioned issue on my account I was able to delete form. When you click on delete form or purge form, form will still be shown inside of folder, so you would need to reopen that folder and form will be removed.

I have also inspected your account and I saw that you have 56 forms. If you are still unable to delete them please provide us ID of the forms you are trying to delete, so that we can try to delete them from your account.

Do I really need to supply each ID, as mentioned I have 56 forms at the moment, most of which were previously deleted now are suddenly back in my account. Giving you the ID's doesn't solved whatever this bug is ??!

I just cleared my browser cache and tried deleting the forms again and purging them from trash, but they still won't go away.

Ok this is strange, now most have disappeared suddenly including a few that i DIDN"T DELETE.

What is going on ?!?

I have checked your account and the logs indicate that the forms were deleted yesterday.

Currently you have 10 forms, I have also cleared you account cache and ran a fix on your folders.

Kindly confirm if you still have issues with the deleted forms again.
