Where are my forms?

    I created a form. Then I had more than 10 people answering and I had a warning email to upgrade. I have now upgraded but my forms are gone. Where are they?

    Hi there,

    I checked the form which you have shared (https://form.jotformeu.com/53275847067364) and found that it is on the guest account. It also has reached its limits and the status of that guest account is changed as "Overlimit".

    If you request us to move other account, we can help you. All you need to do is give the username of your current signed account.

    Yes, I upgraded my guest account. The username is MARZIPAN

    In my new upgraded account I cannot find these two forms:

    Can you please link my two accounts?
