I'm checking your forms and I see you seem to have already setup the hyperlinks on your check box option?
Make sure you are using the correct anchor tags. You can learn more about it here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_a.asp
You can check the screenshot below on how I add a link on my check box option.

Hi Charlie,
I figured out. there was maybe a bug.
I put in the hyperlink to the text. if I click to that checkbox again, it wil erase the hyperlink.
what I done was created the hyperlink and avoid click to that checkbox area back.
hope you understand what I mean and fix it.

I believe I understand what you meant, if you are editing the text directly by clicking on it.
That part of the field does not accept HTML elements like <a> and others, so when you click on it, converts it to plain text.
To add the HTML element like <a>, you need to place it under the "Options". That's where the HTML can be hold and saved.
