Custom thank you page

2. we tried to set up the thank you page redirect to one of our page on our site: http://www.greenpac.com.au/pages/thank-you-page, but everytime, it shows the page error, but we double check the domian is correct, please see attached screenshoot.

I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I changed custom URL address inside of my cloned form. I got redirected to this page.

This is happening because Send Post Data is set yo Yes. Like on other thread you can resolve this issue by changing Send Post Data to 'No' inside of the form preferences tab, in Advanced Settings.
